Talking Chihuahua… “I wanna go out”

My bro-n-laws chihuahua.

We were keeping him for a few days and he was seriously missing his home and was very sad! Sounds like he is saying “I wanna go out”! LOL Check out my other video where he continues to be so pityful! Comments Welcome!
