Have you ever heard of the “Bichon Blitz”? Its a trait found in the breed where they get this sudden burst of energy where they self-exercise by running around in circles at very high speed, barking, and it looks like they’re going crazy or something. The other barking is made by my rat terrier, {RIP} Didi.
