Chattanooga, TN — Winston’s owners Michael and Nancy Emerling were in Judge Sherry Paty’s court to ask that the two-year old boxer-pit bull mix be allowed to come home.

Winston chewed the bumper off of a police car in Alton Park on March 14th.
Police could only watch.

The judge warned them that Winston will need obedience training and be required to carry a special tag designating him as possibly dangerous. He was released to go home. save the car
