and both of them enjoying every minute of it. 🙂 We got Bailey 3 days ago, and at first, she was sort of afraid of Allie. She would play a little too rough, and then Bailey would get scared and hide behind someone. But we made sure not to nurture this behavior, and because she’s a curious puppy, she went right out and attacked(haha) her again. 🙂 The two get along great now. Bailey still does run away sometimes, but I really don’t think she’s scared.
Allie’s a great teacher, and I see how she pins Bailey down and makes her submit just like the “Dog Whisperer” does. It’s pretty entertaining to watch. Plus, it tires Bailey out so she can take a nice long nap!
Bailey is an 8(?) Week old Brittador(Brittany Spaniel Labrador Retriever mix) that someone saved from going in the pound. She wasn’t raised around her mother much, I don’t think, but she was raised with her siblings. I hope Allie will teach her some of the lessons that her mother would have. 🙂
Video coming soon of Bailey doing the few tricks she’s already learned in the 3 days that she’s been my dog! She actually learned them on her first day, but she’s perfecting them now. 😀
